Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (both organic and paid), with leadership or mentorship experience.
• Deep knowledge of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to build high-performing strategies across them.
• Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with comfort using tools like Google Drive, Sheets, and digital dashboards.
• Team-first mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to challenges.
