Technical Delivery Director/ Live Operations

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Director to oversee day-to-day technical operations and coordinate feature development of a live, multi-platform XR project.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing parallel workstreams, identifying cross-dependencies and risks and planning technical requirements.
• Experience managing fast-moving operations, coordinating stakeholders, responding to partner needs and improving processes.
• Strong technical fluency in building scalable interactive content, with the ability to contribute robust technical solutions where needed.
• Excellent leadership skills, able to proactively drive teams towards solutions, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Solid commercial Unity3D, C#, graphics and animation programming experience
• Native application development (Android + iOS)
• Programming for Augmented and Virtual Reality
