Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Associate to join our global management team in Hong Kong.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA) preferred; familiarity with FRR is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Accountant, Controller, or similar role.
- Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry in Hong Kong is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards (IFRS/HKFRS).
- High professional integrity, analytical mindset, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with system migration, data handling, and programming languages (e.g., VBA, Python) is a plus.
