Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall leadership and management for the firm's operations in Hong Kong, driving growth and ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in fixed income, equities, and alternative investments, with a strong track record in managing and growing Real-World Asset (RWA) investment platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in asset management or private banking in Hong Kong/Asia.
- Proven expertise and a strong track record in fixed income, equities, and alternative investments.
- Direct experience with Real-World Assets (RWA) is essential.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and capital raising, specifically from Mandarin-speaking investors.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of the SFC regulatory framework.
- Trilingual fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a non-negotiable requirement.
