Wealth Advisor Success Associate

The Advisor Success Associate plays a key role in supporting our growing advisor network and advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives. This position combines high-level project support with essential day-to-day coordination, ensuring that advisors receive timely communication, resources, and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, or finance preferred.
• CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or other wealth management designation highly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of wealth management or related experience (other or additional experience will be considered).
• Proven experience in a similar role within financial services or advisory industry.
• Strong self-reliance, initiative, and commitment to following through on tasks, self-starter when it comes to new challenges.
• Outstanding organizational, project and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with any CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning tools.
