Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to handle financial tasks, including reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts, processing company credit cards, and managing check requests and expense reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in AP, journal entries, and general accounting, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite.
Requirements
- Experience in AP, journal entries, and general accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies before they become issues
- Experience with US GAAP, public accounting, and software like NetSuite, AvidXchange, and Expensify
