We are looking for a structured and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all administrative areas of People Operations.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on mindset.
- Good knowledge of Personio and confidence in managing digital HR processes.
- Good understanding of German labor law and administrative best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and very good English skills.
