The Maintenance Technician, Electrical is responsible for ensuring the operational reliability and uptime of production and facility equipment through expert-level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- _Must work safely at all times._
- _Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to electrical and mechanical systems to enhance reliability and ensure compliance with industry regulations._
- _Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency._
- _Maintain and troubleshoot industrial control systems, including PLCs and HMIs._
- _Work safely with high-voltage (480VAC) and low-voltage (24VDC) systems._
- _Modify control logic and electrical circuits to enhance equipment performance._
- _Monitor maintenance metrics and prepare reports to track performance improvements._
- _Manage maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory._
- _Perform field service tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems._
- _Detect and troubleshoot issues with various equipment, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime._
- _Calibrate instruments and sensors to ensure accurate measurements and optimal performance._
- _Work with electrical systems, including low voltage applications, to ensure compliance with safety standards._
- _Utilize vision inspection systems for quality assurance processes._
- _Operate and maintain logic controllers as required._
- _Operate a company vehicle, as needed._
- _Regular attendance at the worksite is required._
