Dispatcher

The Dispatcher at NH Ross plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, managing routes, and communicating effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a related logistics role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Familiarity with dispatching software and GPS systems.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background; additional training in logistics or transportation is a plus.
