Niagara Bottling is seeking a Utilities Technician to maintain and operate utility systems, including compressed air, process water, product water, and electrical distribution. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment and be able to perform maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance schedules, and operational data.
Requirements
- Maintain compressed air systems and equipment
- Maintain electrical distribution and equipment
- Maintain process water and equipment
- Maintain product water and equipment
- Maintain filtration systems and perform filters changes
- Perform CIP’s on storage silos, filtering equipment and supply lines
- Maintain pumps and piping to ensure water supply to production lines
- Maintain and calibrate Ozone production and monitoring equipment
- Maintain and calibrate mineral injection systems
- Maintain and operate process water, chemical injection systems, and chemical transfer equipment
- Assist with filler sanitizations
- Maintain and operate reverse osmosis equipment
