DevOps Engineer

At NiCE, we challenge our limits and set the highest standards. The DevOps Engineer role enables reliable, automated delivery of applications through infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Act as the DevOps point of contact for the development team
• Define and enforce automated quality, security, and release gates
• Partner with developers to establish code quality and performance metrics
• Collaborate with platform and architecture teams to adopt and develop DevOps best practices
• Manage and support the team's build, release, and source control systems
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve system reliability, scalability, and incident response
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and occasional after-hours support
