Job Description
Niche is looking for a data-driven and tech-savvy Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing tech stack, automation workflows, lead lifecycle, campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and lead scoring.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a marketing operations role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo + Salesforce specifically)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing campaign reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as 6sense or similar
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
