Senior Gardener

We are seeking a Senior Gardener to join our professional Garden Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of gardening experience, be organised and efficient, and have a commercial understanding.

Requirements

• Maintain the clients' garden to a consistently high standard
• Prioritise jobs and take a lead role in productivity and technical practices on site
• Liaise with clients in a polite, friendly and professional manner
• Risk assess maintenance practices each day
• Complete tasks efficiently and productively
• Create a seasonal plan for the client's garden and implement seasonal tasks as required
• Support and lead other team members where required
