Job Description
The Junior Customer Service Associate - Data Analysis role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of GfK reports to external clients. The role involves client data delivery, quality assurance, data processing, system management, collaboration, and compliance.
Requirements
- Distribute reports to external clients using GfK's specialized applications.
- Perform quality control checks on all report deliveries.
- Configure, modify, and troubleshoot the online delivery system.
