Job Description
Lead all commercial aspects for assigned clients, grow client base, identify new business opportunities, and achieve financial objectives. Maintain client relationships, cross-sell services, and conduct business development processes. Manage regional reporting, financial management, client servicing, and product enhancement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in FMCG (retailer/marketing/sales) or research-related industry experience
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and an understanding of data-based consultative selling
- Exceptional client management and negotiation skills
- Experience with store observation services is a strong plus
- Proven expert knowledge of the market research industry
- Strong commercial acumen with significant B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and good analytical skills
