SME - Leases

Responsibilities include month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and preparing and posting journals. The role also involves preparing financial statements in accordance with local reporting requirements, providing support to countries for quality submission of reporting packs, and ensuring all intercompany transactions are eliminated. Additionally, the role requires maintaining internal process documentation, ensuring standard operating procedures are operationalized, and providing support to internal audit for internal control or audit purposes.

Requirements

• 4+ years' corporate experience
• 5+ years of experience in accounting of a multinational company / Consulting Firm
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP module is a plus)
• Strong understanding of IFRS 16
• Working knowledge on lease accounting, lease management tools and relevant US GAAP
• Advance Excel working knowledge
• PowerPoint Experience is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Self-motivated and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation: need good listening and communication skills
