We are seeking a Lead Designer to collaborate on the development of innovative and scalable retail environments and programs that reflect Nike's design standards and enhance the consumer retail experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, environmental design, or related field
- 6+ years design experience
- Retail design industry/environments experience preferred
- Expert in applying and performing design skills including concepting, ideation, drawing/sketching, typography, color theory, texture, spatial design in scale, visual presentation development and space planning layouts
- Strong knowledge of current trends in architecture, retail, events, exhibitions, art, and experience design — and their application to the sport industry
- Strong knowledge of production design, fabrication, materiality, and emerging manufacturing trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated expertise using computer design applications
- A sense of humor, positivity and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A strong portfolio of relevant work
