Quality Manager

Join Nilfisk's largest manufacturing site in Nagykanizsa as a Quality Manager. You will lead a dedicated team of 10+ professionals and be responsible for quality management, quality systems, and audits. You will work closely with the global quality team and have the opportunity to develop your team professionally and personally.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in technical sciences
• Qualification in quality management or relevant experience
• Engineering experience in production and people management
• ERP system knowledge (SAP is an advantage)
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Outstanding communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
• Good problem-solving skills
