Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts, and end-users in Central California. The person will achieve all annual sales and performance goals and report to the Regional Sales Director.

Requirements

• Report a monthly itinerary to the Regional Sales Director
• Report all significant activity in the region to the Regional Sales Director
• Perform quarterly business reviews with dealers
• Resolve sales issues and product service issues in a timely and effective manner
• Direct and participate in developing, motivating, and training the dealer sales force
• Maintain a customer database and field sales management
• Effectively utilize all sales tools and sales resources to ensure successful project completion
