This role involves day-to-day support for senior leadership, managing communication, calendars, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle busy schedules effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as executive, administrative, or operations assistant
- Polished and professional written and oral communication skills
- Experience handling busy calendars for multiple executives
- Experience organizing events and planning
- Experience managing travel arrangements
- Experience with document preparation
- Familiarity with office and conference room setups
