Job Description
The Nippon Express Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded intern to join their OKAM Support Team. The role involves processing and analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting account managers with data-driven insights. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real business data and develop core knowledge of operations within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Process and analyse large raw data files
- Create and maintain Excel formulas, macros and tables
- Perform data quality checks and adjustments
- Conduct data lookups and consolidation
- Assist with PowerPoint presentation development
- Adapt to different account preferences
- Maintain and update report templates
- Bachelor’s in a related field (3rd or 4th year) or Master's student
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Administrative mindset
