Job Description
The Nippon Express (DEUTSCHLAND) GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Operations to support its international logistics team in maintaining warehouse locations. This role involves monitoring logistics processes, ensuring service quality, promoting efficiency, and providing leadership to a department team. The company has expanded significantly and currently employs approximately 1,000 people across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in logistics, operations, or comparably.
- Several years of experience in logistics, preferably in an international role.
- Strong leadership skills and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and experience with key performance indicators.
- Very good German and English language skills in written and spoken form.
- Strong willpower and hands-on mentality.
- Travel readiness to the sites.
