Maintenance Technician

Nitricity is revolutionizing sustainable agriculture by developing innovative nitrogen fertilizer production technology. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician Professional to join our growing team at a startup fertilizer production facility.

Requirements

• Coordinate and prioritize corrective maintenance tasks based on urgency and production impact
• Kitting of maintenance jobs prior to their start to reduce delays
• Collaborate with production technicians to identify recurring issues and plan long-term solutions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage
• Coordinate and interface with external maintenance contractors as needed
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations
• Adjust plans and schedules in real-time to respond to equipment failures or production changes
