Job Description
The selected candidate will assist in the management of restoration projects in the Office of Resource Restoration from concept through completion of design, permitting, construction, and post-construction monitoring. They will work with limited supervision for public outreach efforts, develop materials with DEP staff to educate the public about the benefits of the project, and assist in managing grant projects to ensure awardees provide required deliverables within specified timeframes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the Physical Sciences, Environmental Sciences/Studies, Chemical Sciences, or Biological Sciences
- Two years of experience in environmental control work including field investigations, inspection, and preparing reports on the environment or the preparation or review of Environmental Impact Statements
