Job Description
NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at Sonoran Terraces Apartment Homes. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience and strong skills in all building systems, including plumbing, pool and spa, and appliance repair.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Skills relating to all building systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
- Knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa
- Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
Benefits
- Starting compensation: $19 - $21 an hour
- $150 per week on-call coverage pay
