Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10 years of progressive IT experience
- 3–5 years in a leadership role in an academic or public sector organization
- Hands-on experience in Oracle (ERP/Database), SAP modules (SLCM, HR, Finance), and Java/J2EE-based application development
- Strong understanding of educational technologies and automation tools
- Knowledge of data privacy, cyber security, and higher education compliance standards
- Experience with ERP implementation in an academic environment is highly desirable
