Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor- SBM - Human Resources & Behavioural Sciences (Mumbai Campus)

SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Deemed to be University is seeking faculty positions in Management Courses. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resource & Behavioural Sciences, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, or similar fields. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. qualification and at least 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration
• Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
• Minimum Research Score of 120
• Guiding at least 2 doctoral candidates
• Published work of high quality, engaged in research
• Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
• Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
• Ph.D. preferred with 2 years experience
• Minimum 55% Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline
• Published work of high quality, engaged in research
• Ph.D. preferred with 2 years experience
• 2 years of experience
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in the industry
• 2 years of experience in teaching/research/industry
