Join our MCR Operations team and kick-start your career in IT operations. As an Application Monitoring Specialist, you'll be responsible for daily operations monitoring and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
- Ensures that systems, network and applications are properly monitored according to guidelines and procedures
- Analyzes and reports events according to instructions and within SLA's
- Operates and maintains monitoring tools
- Actively supports and contributes to improvements of the services
- Plans tasks and activities within responsibility of relevant sub-team
- Creates, updates and reviews work instructions
- Pro-active manages all the shift's tasks
