Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced leader to manage our Underwriting team and lead the Delegated Authority department within NN's Intermediary Non-Life business.
Requirements
- Leadership experience
- Strategic management skills
- Change management experience
- Knowledge of digitalization and AI techniques
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Bachelor's or master's degree
