Job Description
Lead a team, manage performance, drive change, and ensure timely delivery. Engage with brokers, analyze complex data, and report to Sales Management. Collaborate with IT and business teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics or Financial Accounting or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of insurance and commissions
- Fluent English and French (Dutch is an asset)
- Analytical mindset, effective prioritization, and communication skills
- Strong customer focus, resilience, and decision-making skills
