As the Sales Business Expert, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of sales campaigns towards new prospects and existing customers, driving growth and innovation across Tied Agents network.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales teams and leading successful sales campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign optimization, analytics and digital sales ecosystems
- Solid business background and experience working in CRM platforms – preferably into Salesforce
- Familiarity with sales processes (back-office operations, performance & quality reporting etc.)
- Experience on performance management, having strong analytical skills set
