Job Description
We are looking for an IT Process Specialist to have a real impact on how IT processes work in our organization. The role involves managing continuity and IT service catalog, ensuring processes are well defined, and monitoring indicators. The ideal candidate has experience in managing IT processes, fluent English skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
