Job Description
The Contract Operations Specialist will serve as a critical point of contact for all bid submissions, ensuring timely responses to RFQs. This role focuses on reducing errors, improving quality control, and providing excellent support to the contractual agency. The specialist will review, approve/deny, and process RFQs, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
