Job Description
Noble is seeking a strategic and people-first Senior Manager or Director of People Operations to lead and evolve the People function. This role will drive key initiatives across people strategy, employee experience, performance management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The position reports to the Chief People Officer and will build scalable systems to support the company's growing team and culture.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the People team, including internal team members and outsourced HR partners.
- Design and optimize scalable HR processes across the full employee life cycle.
- Oversee and lead the full-cycle talent acquisition function.
- Collaborate with leaders to shape Noble’s People strategy.
