Job Description
NoGood is looking for an Associate Social Video Creator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience creating social video content, be comfortable on-camera, and have proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut. The role involves creating social video content for client accounts, working on client accounts where strategy, brand alignment, and performance matter, and learning to think like a strategist while executing like a professional. The position is structured as a 60-day contract-to-hire position.
Requirements
- 1-3 years creating social video content
- Comfortable on-camera
- Edit your own work: Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Platform fluency: Native understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, YouTube work
- Production fundamentals: Good eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
- Coachability: Hungry to learn, open to feedback, committed to improvement
- Reliability: Consistent quality output, meets deadlines, proactive communication
