Job Description
Goodie AI is seeking a dedicated Finance and Accounting professional to build the financial foundation of their rapidly growing startup. This role involves establishing financial processes, managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial statements, and overseeing payroll and benefits. The position is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for data-driven problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Experience with venture-backed companies and investor reporting a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred but not required
- MBA with focus on finance and accounting a plus
- Relevant certifications or coursework in financial analysis or modeling a plus
