Paid Media Team Lead

NoGood is a tech-enabled growth consultancy seeking a Paid Media Team Lead to drive results across digital channels. The role involves strategic planning, campaign management, team leadership, and analysis of performance metrics. NoGood focuses on building a cohesive team of growth leads, creatives, engineers, and data scientists to achieve category-defining brand growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Search (Google ads and Bing ads)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRO
• Minimum 1+ years of people management experience
• Hands-to-keyboard experience managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization
