HR Manager

We are hiring an HR Manager to lead HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and build a structured and high-performing workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in HR management or senior HR leadership roles
• Proven experience in compensation, benefits design, and HR policy development
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and experience working with regulatory bodies
• Experience collaborating with legal or compliance teams, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with HR software systems for recruitment, payroll, performance, and records
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
