Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR management or senior HR leadership roles
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits design, and HR policy development
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and experience working with regulatory bodies
- Experience collaborating with legal or compliance teams, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with HR software systems for recruitment, payroll, performance, and records
- Fluency in English and Arabic with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
