Job Description
As a Customer Delivery Lead, you will manage program portfolios and customer relationships, focusing on the transition of core network infrastructure to cloud-native systems across Turkey, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Requirements
- Lead program and project execution to ensure financial and operational success.
- Maintain up-to-date project/program information in relevant tools and repositories.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers, fostering relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Oversee revenue and cost management while identifying opportunities to enhance contracts.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
- Mentor project managers and team members to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Drive adherence to project management methodologies and performance KPIs.
