Job Description
Nokia is seeking a motivated and disciplined Hardware Engineer to contribute to the design of new switching and routing platforms for service providers and data centers. This role involves the full product life cycle from concept to production release, requiring deep expertise in high-speed digital design and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Engineer will be responsible for rigorous circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and driver integration.
Requirements
- Design cutting edge switching and routing platforms based on silicon
- Drive and manage design through the development process
- Perform detailed circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout
- Verify prototype hardware signal quality
- Drive HW/SW integration and perform functional verification
- Develop comprehensive documentation
- Act as a technical mentor
