As an Optical Systems Design and Verification Test (SDVT) Engineer at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our cutting-edge fiber optic communication products, specifically within the development of high-capacity DWDM systems and 1.2 Tb/s transponders.

Requirements

• Design and verify innovative optical systems for high-performance DWDM transponders, enhancing fiber optic communication technology.
• Conduct comprehensive system-level and component-level testing to validate optical designs and functionality.
• Automate experimental processes to optimize system performance and improve efficiency in testing regimens.
• Analyze test data meticulously to troubleshoot design issues and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate optical systems into product offerings.
• Document verification processes, results, and key insights to support ongoing development and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior team members to cultivate a collaborative engineering environment focused on innovation.
