Job Description
The Staff Engineer at Nolte is a hybrid technical leader and player-coach, reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on driving technical excellence, automation, and AI-augmented delivery across projects and teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Nolte’s core stack - AWS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, NestJS, and React Native, and brings a systems-level mindset to scaling delivery, quality, and engineering culture as Nolte grows.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with AWS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, NestJS, and React Native.
- Strong foundation in agile delivery, DevOps, and automation pipelines.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows and productivity tooling.
- Ability to balance technical execution with leadership, mentorship, and communication.
- Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with operational follow-through.
- Comfortable in high-context, multi-client environments.
