Job Description
We seek a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our Mechanical Engineering Team in delivering high-quality mechanical engineering solutions aligned with project scope and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
- 5–10+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience
- Experience managing individual contributors or prior Team Lead experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- ABET accredited degree required
- Experience in automotive or trailer manufacturing highly preferred
- Strong client-centric approach
- Experience developing people and organizational capability
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence including empathy, accountability, and resilience
- Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change. Optimistic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, ERP systems, and standard business tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
