Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team at Nomagic, a Polish startup that teaches robots the real world. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, a track record of working in high talent density organizations, and excellent communication skills in English, Polish, and German.
Requirements
- 5+ year of Experience as a recruiter
- Track record of working and succeeding in high talent density organizations
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Educational background in business management, analytics, human resources, etc
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus
- Highly energetic! Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes
