Job Description
Nomi Health is rebuilding the healthcare business by addressing the inefficiencies and waste in the current system. They are seeking an experienced Senior Controller to lead all aspects of accounting operations, reporting to the CFO, across a fast-paced and regulated environment. The role involves scaling and refining the accounting function, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP implementations.
Requirements
- Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, consolidations, GAAP reporting).
- Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Lead consolidations, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and readiness for audits.
