Equities Production Support

We are seeking an Equities Production Support Associate to provide all levels of application support for Front Office Equity Derivatives platforms, troubleshoot and diagnose Trading and Risk applications, and collaborate with development teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in trade floor or related support experience with Front Office trading systems, a good understanding of risk management systems, and strong technical and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Provide all levels of application support for Front Office Equity Derivatives platforms
• Troubleshoot and diagnose Trading and Risk applications in real-time
• Collaborate with development teams on requirement gathering and systems development
• Support End-Of-Day processes for a complex Risk system, while collaborating with Production Support teams in other regions
• Take ownership of problems and follow-up to completion, while maintaining a high standard of communication with the stakeholders
• Utilize ServiceNow to record and track incidents, conduct releases, and perform Problem Management
• Track issues and prioritize workload
• Manage releases and deployment and perform DR/BCP management
• Manage user queries and service requests, often requiring an in-depth analysis of the technical and/or business logic of our systems
• Automate tasks to reduce toil
