Legal Counsel Investment Management

The Legal Counsel Investment Management will draft, review and negotiate transactional documents, provide legal analysis and advice to business teams, and assist with ad-hoc legal projects.

Requirements

• Law Degree /Juris Doctor
• Minimum 4-5 years legal experience working in the financial services industry
• Strong contract drafting skills across complex transactional and commercial contracts
• Securities law experience
• Familiarity with pooled investment vehicles, bankruptcy reorganization, and leveraged loan documentation
