Job Description
Nomura is seeking a VP of Global Markets HR Business Partner to work in the HR team within a Regional HR of 60 in Hong Kong. This role will focus on delivering exceptional HR service to clients in the Global Markets division, collaborating with business heads and specialist teams, and proactively building strong relationships. The role involves driving HR initiatives, resolving HR issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 10 years of human resources experience, including client coverage and senior manager consulting
- 10 years of experience in technical human resources expertise, including compensation, employee relations, and staffing in Financial Services
- Experience across the Asia markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, India) with statutory knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build relationships with business leaders and employees
- Team player with collaborative mindset
