Event Data Manager, Associate

Nomura is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Event Data Manager to assist in the strategic management of events. This role involves registration support, event management, database management, and communication with attendees. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and event management software.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in events management in relevant industry (financial services or professional services preferred)
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with event management software (Cvent preferred)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
