Flow Rates Middle Office - Head of EMEA (Vice President)

The Head of EMEA Flow Rates Middle Office will lead the Flow Rates Middle Office team and the Portfolio Compression team, providing comprehensive support to the EMEA Flow Rates trading desks and ensuring operational excellence and high standards of support.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Services, with significant exposure to derivatives operations
• Proven track record of successfully running large, complex teams in a middle office or operations environment
• Extensive hands-on experience managing Flow Rates derivatives operations and associated workflows
• Deep knowledge of market infrastructure platforms including Markitwire, LCH SwapClear, SwapAgent, and Quantile
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio compression operations and related risk management processes
